Refund Policy

At SHALOM, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    •    The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    •    The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

    •    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

 

Please Note:

    •    Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

    •    Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

 

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing shalom.ministry@icloud.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We will review your case and either replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

 

 

3. Process for Returns

 

To initiate a return:

    1.    Email us at shalom.ministry@icloud.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

    2.    Wait for our response and return instructions.

    3.    Once approved, send the item to the return address provided.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

    •    We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days via your original method of payment.

 

Please note that we do not refund:

    •    Shipping costs (unless the item was defective)

    •    Items returned after the 7-day period

    •    Items not in original condition

 

 

5. Exchanges

 

We do not allow exchanges.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Clearance or sale items

    •    Custom-made or engraved products

    •    Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
